Going through a family legal issue can be an emotionally stressful time. Our Family Law Section attorneys have experience handling complex custody cases, which can involve substance abuse issues, allegations of domestic violence, special needs, mental health issues or other high-conflict situations. Our agency maintains strong ties with a range of providers and support groups that are available to assist our clients.

Our attorneys can assist individuals obtain separation or divorce, including resolution of all related matters of child custody and visitation, support of spouse and children, and distribution of assets and debts. Our attorneys also pursue emergencies remedies such as exclusive occupancy of the marital residence and orders of protection. We handle the full range of cases from amicable to highly contested.

Additionally, we represent litigants in post-matrimonial modifications of custody or access orders, as well as litigants defending against contempt motions.

We provide legal services to residents of the counties of Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Genesee, Allegheny and Orleans, and our practice covers Supreme and Family Court matters. Interpreters are also available for individuals with limited English proficiency.
