Special Education
Under state and federal law, students with disabilities are entitled to a “free and appropriate public education” (“FAPE”). Unfortunately, school districts often fail to meet their obligations to students and families. EAP provides legal representation aimed at collaboratively resolving students’ issues.

We suggest contacting Parent Network and/or Mental Health Advocates of WNY as a first step if you’re seeking assistance at a CSE Meeting.
