Max is a rising senior at Buffalo State University, where he is majoring in Social Work with a focus in Child Advocacy Studies and minoring in Art Therapy.
A dedicated member of the Honors Program, he also serves as an honors leader, mentoring first-year students and helping to build campus engagement. Outside the classroom, he works as a manager at Tops Friendly Markets, where he handles hiring, onboarding, and daily operations for a team of nearly 100 associates.
He joined Legal Aid to explore the intersection of social work and the legal field, where he hopes to build a career after graduation.
Max has previously interned with Buffalo Public Schools and will continue his work in the fall at Gateway-Longview in the foster care and adoptions unit.
In his free time, he enjoys painting and collaging.
