Storm Sears is a first-year Master of Social Work student at the University at Buffalo. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from UB in the spring of 2025 and is now excited to begin his first internship experience with the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo.
Storm is interning with the Attorneys for Children Unit, where his personal experience with the family court system fuels a strong sense of empathy and understanding for the clients he serves. He is eager to learn as much as possible during his time here and hopes to use this experience to support vulnerable youth more effectively.
Since 2022, Storm has worked as a counselor at Camp Wilton, a summer program for adults with developmental disabilities operated by OPWDD. Outside of work and school, he enjoys watching movies, going to concerts, and spending time with his favorite people.
